Do I need to pay when I place an order?
No. No payment is taken at the time of ordering. You are reserving goods for the next shipment. A 50% deposit invoice will be sent approximately 7 days before the shipment departs South Africa.
When do I need to pay the deposit?
The 50% deposit is due approximately 7 days before the shipment departs South Africa. You will receive an invoice and payment instructions by email and WhatsApp or Zalo. If payment is not received your goods may not be included in the shipment.
When do I pay the balance?
The remaining 50% balance is payable on delivery to your address. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, MoMo or ZaloPay. Goods will not be released until the balance is received.
How long does shipping take?
Shipments from South Africa to Vietnam typically take 10 to 18 business days depending on customs clearance. We ship on a consolidated monthly basis. The expected departure date is confirmed in your order email.
Why do I need to verify my email address?
Email verification ensures your order confirmations, deposit requests and delivery updates reach you correctly. No orders can be processed until your email is verified. Check your inbox for a verification link after registering.
Why do I need to upload documents?
Some orders require supporting documentation such as payment proof, ID for high-value goods, or customs declaration forms. Admin reviews all uploaded documents within 24 hours and will notify you of the outcome.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before the goods are packed for shipment. Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. Once a deposit has been received and goods packed, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.
How do I view my invoice?
All invoices are available under My Orders and Invoices. Each order is displayed in full invoice format and can be printed or saved as a PDF directly from this portal.
